Associate Professor Dennis Nutt

Assoc. Professor Dennis C. Nutt has held several positions within the SCD, most notably those of Academic Registrar and a term as interim Academic Director. He is currently the Discipline Co-ordinator for Humanities in the Christian Tradition, and as such is a member of the Academic Board. A graduate of the Churches of Christ Theological College (now Australian College of Ministries), the Melbourne College of Divinity (now University of Divinity), Macquarie University and the Sydney College of Divinity, he is a Church Historian with research strengths in military chaplaincy, and the Churches of Christ and as such holds the offices of Archivist and Historian for Churches of Christ in New South Wales. 

Dennis is the author of four monographs, and co-author of fourth further volumes. He has been Vice-Principal and interim Principal of Australian College of Ministries and currently serves as chair of that College’s Academic Board
