Antonios lectures in Ancient and Modern Philosophy and Natural Theology at St. Cyril’s Coptic Theological College. His research has centred on Philosophy of Mind and Cognitive Science with a particular interest in the nature of phenomenal consciousness and its relation to attention. His recent publications include a book “This Great Mystery of Life: An Introduction to the Coptic Orthodox Church” and a book chapter on the Indigenous Voice to Parliament in “Statements from the Soul: The moral case for the Uluru Statement from the Heart.”

He has been a parish priest at Archangel Michael and St. Bishoy Coptic Orthodox Church since 1991 and is married with two adult children and menagerie of pets.
