Spiritual Formation For Ministry
This unit develops the context of personal spiritual formation as intentional preparation for Christian ministry. It further extends the capacity to contemplate formational challenge and manage unique issues related to life of a minister. It focuses on the vocational call to ministry, transition in life and ministry, challenges in ministry failure, emotional and mental health in the minister, and personal and professional reflection practices: retreating, communal discernment.
