Learning Outcomes
At the end of this unit students will be able to:
- Explain the pastoral and theological significance of the various elements of Christian worship within a particular religious and cultural tradition
- Identify the pastoral needs of the congregation that influence the shape of Christian worship in the specific cultural setting
- Analyse the key issues of current debates concerning Christian worship in a specific cultural context
- Assess the usefulness of a range of worship resources for a specific cultural group
- Construct a range of worship services suited to a variety of diverse Christian settings within the specific culture.
