Leadership and Spiritual Discernment
This unit aims to equip the student to implement the principles of collective spiritual discernment in a leadership situation. The unit looks at spiritual discernment and disciplines, team dynamics and decision making, self and soul keeping, leadership context and spiritual maturity, hearing from God, and God’s kingdom and discernment.
