Developing Leaders through Mentoring
This graduate postgraduate unit provides an understanding of the theory and practice of mentoring as applied to the development of Christian leaders. It examines goal setting and action steps, the structures and biblical framework for mentoring, Jesus as mentor of the twelve, spiritual methods, conversation skills, accountability processes, contextual awareness, special challenges, and personal development for advancement in mentoring.
