Learning Outcomes

At the end of this unit students will be able to:

  1. demonstrate knowledge and understanding of non-profit organisations, the context in which they operate and methods of management
  2. analyse the conceptual foundations of community sector management from a Christian perspective
  3. incorporate insights from contemporary literature on community sector management within a chosen leadership context
  4. demonstrate effective cognitive, intellectual and personal/ interpersonal skills in directing/managing a non-profit organisation
  5. apply knowledge and skills to utilise a case management approach in service delivery.
