Learning Outcomes
At the end of this unit students will be able to:
- reflect critically on the relational dynamics occurring in pastoral conversations
- demonstrate a capacity to use a variety of pastoral interventions including empathy
- articulate and work within the boundaries of their pastoral role
- evaluate the effectiveness of a variety of methods of theological reflection
- demonstrate the integration of their theology with their ministry practice.
